Day 1

Arrive London Heathrow

Afternoon Tea or Light lunch in Windsor.

Depart for Bath via the village of Castle Combe one of the prettiest villages in England.

Welcome dinner in the hotel

Day 6

Visit to the Vale of Evesham one of the best know regions in the UK for growing of fruit and vegetables often called the Garden of England.

Visit a local fruit orchard growing plums. You will be given the history and background of plum growing in this region including an opportunity to taste some of the local varieties such as the Pershore Yellow Egg plum.

Lunch at the Fleece Inn at Bretforton renowned for its Asparagus festival on St George's Day (April 23).

Day 2

This morning there will be a flavours of Bath sightseeing tour followed by lunch. Start off at the Kingsmead Square fruit and vegetable market and continue for a tour including visits to a number of local shops selling locally produced food with a chance sample the products sold there.

Free afternoon for independent sightseeing.

Day 7

Today visit to Chipping Campden, a traditional Cotswold market town. Opportunity to stroll around town and have a morning coffee and cake at one of the local tea shops.

Continue to Daylesford Organics. At the heart of their farm in Gloucestershire is the Daylesford award-winning Farmshop. It takes full advantage of its location; vegetables, fruit and herbs are picked each morning from the market garden and go a few yards into the shop and award-winning cafe. Next door is the organic dairy and creamery, farm kitchens and livestock who roam freely on the surrounding organic pastures.

Afterwards continue for a visit to a local brewery for tour and tasting. Hook Norton www.hooky.co.uk

Return to hotel for a cookery demonstration at the Pudding Club followed by dinner.

Day 3

This morning visit to 3 choirs vineyard for vineyard tour and lunch.

This afternoon visit Weston's Cider, a local cider maker for tour and tasting. Find out how this tradition product is grown and made into cider.

Day 8

Depart hotel this morning. There will be a stop en route in the pretty Cotswold village of Burford.

Day 4

This morning visit Monkland Cheese for a demonstration of cheese making and a chance to sample some of their artisan cheeses.

Continue to for lunch at the Feather's Hotel. Ludlow is considered to be gourmet capital of England because of its high concentration of high quality restaurants.

This afternoon visit to Ludlow Farmshop. Launched in 2007 Ludlow Farmshop has strived to offer the best fresh, local, seasonal and handmade food.  There will be an introductory talk and a chance to sample some of the local products on offer.

Day 5

Visit to Hereford farmers market to see locally produced food and crafts.

Depart Hereford this morning and drive to Birmingham.

Visit the Balti Triangle. Birmingham's world-renowned Balti Triangle is home to over fifty authentic restaurants, each with its own speciality dish.  

Curry making demonstration with lunch.

Continue this afternoon to Cotswold village of Mickleton for a stay at the Three Ways House home of the Pudding Club. The Pudding Club was founded at the Three Ways House in 1985 to prevent the demise of the traditional great British Pudding.
